These terms and conditions shall govern your use of our website. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. The first and each subsequent use of the website is considered that you are fully familiar with the terms and conditions, that you understand and accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not access the website and do not use its contents.
The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, so please review them regularly. If you continue to use the website after a change has been made you are deemed to have accepted it.

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio or video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, is the property of FEJA decoration or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of FEJA decorations, with copyright authorship for this collection by FEJA decorations, and protected by international copyright laws.
- Trade marks
FEJA decorations trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not FEJA decorations, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits FEJA decorations. All other trademarks not owned by FEJA decorations or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by FEJA decorations or its subsidiaries.
- Your membership account
If you register for an account with our website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
- Orders
You may buy products offered on this website by completing the order form. To buy goods via our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation. It will state what the products are on order, the total cost and shipping charges, together with delivery and invoice details. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, a member of the customer services team will contact you to explain the nature of the difficulty.
Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion.
- Payment
The product price is the price displayed for the item on the website at the time of ordering. The cost of products and services may fluctuate depending on exchange rate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. Please check the final price displayed through the relevant order form in Checkout process.
- Shipping/Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is charged depending on country of delivery. Delivery cost is clearly included in Checkout process and it’s displayed before you make any payment. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 3 business days of the payment. Actual delivery times will depend on the post offices and may vary depending on destination so it's out of ours reach. FEJA decorations won’t take responsibility for any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing us to feja@fejadecorations.com. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered.
If your delivery address is not within Croatia, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
- Damage
If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, we may issue you a credit in the amount paid for the goods or send replacement goods at our discretion if you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.
- Returns
Possibility of product return will be given to Buyer if:
- The order had been cancelled according to this Terms of Use and if Service was noticed within 14 days of delivery;
- The product has not been used, modified or damaged;
- The product is in the same condition as it was upon delivery and all the parts of the product are included in its original package;
The product must be returned immediately after cancellation, not later than 14 days upon delivery. When returning products, Buyer will be responsible for the risk of damages. The order will be refunded only when and if the product that matches above mentioned terms is delivered to FEJA decorations. The shipping cost of returning order is at Buyer’s expense.
When receiving Buyer’s product, FEJA decorations Service will notify Buyer claiming if the Service accepts return. In case that the Service finds that Buyer’s return does not match here noted conditions, Buyer may choose to have product delivered back to him/her at no expense of Service. If Buyer refuses such an option, the Service reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for Buyer’s purchase of the products.
- Care Guidelines
Care guidelines are clearly stated on each product page and should be followed to ensure the maximum lifecycle for that item.
Please note that FEJA decorations products are not toys. They are delicate items and need to be handling with special care. If broken, small pieces can present choking hazard.
- Errors
From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. Despite anything else in these Terms, to the extent legally permitted, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card account for the amount charged.
- Reviews, comments and other content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, submit suggestions, ideas, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. FEJA decorations reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant FEJA decorations and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant FEJA decorations and its associates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post, that the content is accurate, that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity and that you will indemnify FEJA decorations or its associates for all claims resulting from content you supply. FEJA decorations has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. FEJA decorations takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
- Promotions
We may notify you by email, a general notice on this website or by other reliable method to an address or using contact information previously provided by you to promote new products, special offers or send you store notifications.
- Vacation
During vacation, store will be temporarily closed. Notifications about such a state and duration of the same will be placed on Home page at least 10 days before it will appear. During vacations there will be no shipping. If you made purchase during that time, your order will be process after vacations.
